You are eligible to enter the company health/dental plan on the first of
the month following sixty days of continuous employment as a full-time
employee.
125 Cafeteria Plan
You are eligible to enter the company 125 cafeteria plan on the first of
the month following sixty days of continuous employment as a full-time
employee. AFLAC is the administrator of this plan. Enrollment
allows you as an employee to deduct your portion of your health care premium
pre-tax.
Available as part of this plan are Personal Cancer Protection, Personal
Hospital Intensive Care Protection, Personal Accident Expense, Personal
Recover Plus (critical illness).
Life Insurance & Disability Coverage
Life Insurance and disability coverage is also available through AFLAC.
401K Plan
The company 401 retirement program is offered through Principal
Financial, which manages over $59 billion invested by 11 million individuals
and families in 44,000 retirement plans. Your are eligible to enter
the plan after completing one year with the company. the company will
match 100% of your contribution to the plan up to 4%. You may choose
to contribute up to 15% of your pay to the plan. Investment choices
available are 3 and 5 year guaranteed interest account, a money market
account and various investment funds offered by The Principal, American
Century, Putnam, Fidelity, INVESCO, and Janus.
