Where are you located?
Our office and shop are located in Odessa, NE along I-80.
Where do you hire out of?
We hire nationwide.
What are your hours?
Our office is open 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Our shop is open 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, and 7:00am - noon on Saturday.
Do you train?
Yes, we can train to flatbed but we do require one year verifiable experience.
What's your pet policy?
$10/week for 1 pet less than 30 lbs. $15/week for 1 pet over 30 lbs. Maximimum of 2 pets per truck.
Policy is limited to dogs or cats. Any other animal requires approval.
If your pet damages anything on the truck, you will be financially responsible for getting it fixed.
Can I have someone ride with me?
Yes, you can have one rider between the ages of 5-65 years old. Having a rider comes with an additional cost of $29/month.
What are your age/experience requirements?
We hire 23+.
We require 1 year of OTR experience. Previous flatbed experience is helpful.
Do you hire OTR?
Yes! Both company drivers and lease purchase. Please see our OTR page for more info.
Do you hire regionally?
Yes! We hire regional drivers in CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE, OK, SD, and WY. Please see our Regional page for more info.

Where do you load out of and deliver to?
We load and deliver to all 48 continental states. About 70-75% of our freight is west of the Mississippi River.
What would my home time be like?

What would my average miles/week be?
Typically our drivers earn between 100-150k per year. Average miles/week depends on whether you drive OTR or regionally, how often you want to be home, and how hard you are willing to run.
What is your out time?
Out time depends on where you live and how often you want to be home. This is typically weekly out for regional drivers. OTR drivers' out time varies by location and driver preference.
What trucks are available?
We are an all Peterbilt and Kenworth fleet.

PAY & BENEFITS FAQ
What is your pay like?
OTR company drivers start at $.60/mile, and go up to $.75/mile.
Regional company drivers make $.55/mile up to $.59/mile.
Lease purchase drivers make a per mile rate plus fuel surcharge and have other guarantees (call for more information)
Owner operators make $1.55/mile plus fuel surcharge.

Loaded and empty miles are both paid at the same rate per mile.

Do you offer any bonuses?
Yes! We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based on performance. Also $100 for each clean DOT inspection.
